All of our Natural Ovine Casings are sourced from Australia or New Zealand, and all final processing is done in Australia, guaranteeing the highest quality product.

Lamb and Sheep casings are the baby of the Natural Casing world. Very fine in composition,

they will give you that nearly patented "SNAP" when you bite into them like any Natural Sausage

Casing will. No man made product available can do that!

They are perfect for breakfast sausages, which funnily enough, can be eaten at any time of the day,

chicken lamb and kangaroo sausages are also best made with lamb casings.

We supply a large range of lamb and sheep casings, all natural, all from Australian and New Zealand stock and all processed in Australia. All our Casings are graded thoroughly, tested and inspected to guarantee size, strength and integrity of the runners. There is a zero tolerance for holes in our AAA stock.

Sizes supplied start from 22/24 all the way up to 28+. All sizes are available on tubes for

ease of use, and we can supply several different varieties in vacuum packs
