Porcine - Hog Casings

Hog Casings are thicker, tougher and easier to work with than the smaller Lamb and Sheep Casings. They still have the same benefits of any Natural Casing though.
Good for thick sausages, Kransky, Chorizo and Salami, Boerewors, Sichuan sausage and other smallgoods.
Our hog casings are all from Australian and US stock, selected for the longest strands
available.
